Law Enforcement Personnel and Community Residents who wish to use the web site to communicate with each other must sign up as Members. Law Enforcement Agencies CANNOT view Member lists or personal information.  Only approved Community Administrators can view Member information.  Members of a Community Program(s) such as Crime Watch or C.O.P. (Citizen Observer Patrol) can only view Member Lists of the Community Program(s) they are Members of.  All Member's information is kept secure, with 128 bit encryption.  Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information.

In addition to Member Lists, Members can view private Members Only areas.  There are Special Notices for Members Only.  Members can view and change their personal information at any time.  

To join a Community Program, first select your Community from the drop-down Community List in the upper left area.  Then click on the Program Description, such as Crime Watch or C.O.P., that you wish to join.  After reviewing the requirements for

Membership, click on the round "Sign Up Here" button on the top of the page, to the right of the page title.  Fill in all the required information on the Membership Form.  Next, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form.

The Community Program Chairperson (coordinator or administrator) will receive an email notifying them of your sign up.  After confirming your identity and your requirements, the Chairperson with authorize your Membership.  Once that is completed, you may login using your email and your password to begin accessing the Membership areas in your Community.
